Operation Steel Curtain

As a member of the joint operational team of Iraqi Army soldiers and Marines, you're tasked with infiltrating the violent town of Husayba, neutralizing the enemy, and holding the position from repeated attacks.

The task is immense. Husayba is a notoriously nasty stronghold that's tough to infiltrate and tougher to conquer. You're fighting right on the Syrian border, an insurgent floodgate that's been open since the beginning of the war.

Though most residents have sought refuge in other regions of the country, there are still a few thousand that remain in Husayba. As with all urban fighting, you'll need to target your enemies carefully. Every turn bears a calculated risk, and you can't be sure what awaits you in the houses, schools, or even the mosque.

The enemy is well prepared for your arrival. You'll need eyes in the back of your head, so keep your team together to work as one unstoppable force through the town. Scope the rooftops, sweep the streets, clear the rooms and, finally, liberate Husayba from al Qaeda's grip.
