With the Winter Olympic Games in full swing, we thought it would be exciting to integrate the spirit of one of the games’ most difficult sports, the biathlon, into a Kuma\War-style obstacle course.

In order to make the game more challenging, we implemented a new stamina system that affects each player. The biathlon obstacle course requires a lot of running and, like the real-world event; you’ll exhaust yourself quickly if you don’t set a reasonable pace. A big loss of energy will not only slow your finishing time, but will also prevent you from shooting the targets accurately.

Should you miss a target, not only will a penalty apply but you’ll be slower to exit the shooting range: There are five targets at each, and you have just five bullets to expend before having to reload.

It may take a few tries to adjust how to best conserve your energy and to learn the obstacles (one of the shooting ranges tests your aptitude in finding well-hidden targets). Once you’re satisfied with your finishing time, enter your totals on our Leader Board to see how you match up against the Kuma community.
