This mission requires an Afghan National Army soldier and his squad to repel the attack on the convoy and secure the area around the small town. The insurgents have pulled back to the hills and the hideout should be near the town. The player has for the first time a chance to call in air support with precision guided bombs just equip the air strike and aim at the target to send the coordinates. Probably it isn't a good idea to advance with a small group of soldiers to a well defended spot and risk any more casualties, so an air strike might just do the trick... Move with caution across the town and be sure to avoid the minefields remaining from the Soviet occupation. Also, watch out for civilians. Many of them locked themselves in the houses after the RPGs started raining on the convoy in front of town, but a small number are expected to be out on the streets...
