A dry wind chills you as you cross the flat desert terrain. Spread out around you are the shapes of the two dozen other fighters in your party, their assault rifles silhouetted in the ghostly moonlight. Armed and equipped by the CIA, you are part of a secret assault force on a dangerous mission into the hideout of Osama Bin Laden himself. Ducking into gulley after gulley, you try to keep low as you get closer to the large al Qaeda complex, angling toward the entrance to the drainage ditch that is your secret way in. Once you breach the compound walls, you will have just a few minutes to track down the terrorist mastermind, cuff him, and drag him back out to your getaway car to make your escape. Just as you get in, a second assault team will be assassinating the guards with silenced pistols at the main gate. You pray they will succeed.

With 80 buildings filled with al Qaeda’s most highly-trained and determined fighters, Tarnak Farm could easily explode into a bloody firefight if you aren’t quick enough, smart enough, or lucky enough. Speed and stealth are your only friends. Time is your most treacherous enemy.
