IED danger
Watch out for Improvised Explosive Devices. They are everywhere. Some are obvious, and some are very well-hidden.

Diffuse the bomb
You can blow up IEDs by shooting them, but be smart and do this from a distance. Some IEDs can even set a whole building on fire!

Structural damage
Look out for booby-trapped buildings. If you suspect a building is rigged, either try to neutralize the threat from a distance or avoid it altogether.

Take your time
Proceed cautiously. The enemy knows you are coming and has prepared unwelcome surprises.

Protect the innocent
Be careful not to harm innocent civilians. It's a mission failure if you kill either of the two hostages trapped by insurgents.
